Graduated from the National University of Singapore’s Sociology and Theatre Studies Department, Ai Leng built her foundation on theatre had collaborated with local theatre companies like Toy Factory and Theatreworks. Under IMDA’s Media Education Scheme (MES), she went on to pursue her Masters at the Beijing Film Academy. She is also an alumnus of the NAFF Fantastic Film School. Ai Leng released her debut feature MY LOVE SINEMA in 2016. Accolades include SFC New Talent Feature Grant, “Perfect Ten” Awards at the Golden Horse FPP and Best Narrative Feature (Women’s Showcase) at the Asian Film Festival of Dallas.
